Context uses email authentication in stead of emails and passwords. This means you won't have to go through any trouble to have your account set up and we'll save you another password to forget. We'll also notify your other devices once a new one is connected, so you can ensure you are still the only one reading your messages.
Whether you are using Context Community, or Context Hosted, your data is in safe hands! All traffic between your device and the Context server is encrypted using the HTTPS industry standard. Additionally, Context contains safeguards against hackers and malware, and is updated regularly to keep your data safe. Finally, all services required for Context's operation operate on the local server. No data is shared with any third party service provider.
Context open source is a community supported, award-winning chat-app. It has extensive documentation on you can set it up yourself.
